1. What happens if my rental is lost/stolen?

If your rental item is lost or stolen, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing it. If the rental item is damaged a fee will be determined at the time of return and will be applied to your credit card.

2. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel anytime up to 48 hours prior to your rental date-FREE OF CHARGE. If you cancel after 48 hours prior or during the period, you will be charged 50% of your rental cost.

3. How can I get a discount?

Like us on Facebook for a 10% discount on your original order on any single rental item. Discounts can not be combined with any other promotions. You can also check our packages for the best value.

4. What is the minimum order amount and minimum rental period?

The minimum order is $35. You may rent any item for a minimum period of 3 days.

5. What if I have problem with the product?

Contact us and we will try to resolve the problem ASAP and provide replacement if necessary for an additional $35 fee for shipping and handling.

6. How are the products cleaned?

We use non-toxic cleaners. We wash the fabric as recommended by the manufacture and replace worn out and damaged parts as necessary to give you a quality item.

7. When should I make a reservation?

ASAP. We suggest booking your equipment at your earliest convenience to avoid any scheduling or availability issues.

8. How do I arrange delivery of the equipment I ordered to a vacation destination?

If you would like us to deliver before you arrive, please make arrangements with the management company for Orlando Baby Rental to pick up the unit key to access the property before you arrive.

9. Will you set up the crib and other equipment?

YES. Assembly is included as well as set up of other items if necessary. We are unable to install car seats for liability reasons.

10. Do you assemble the cribs?

Most of the time we set up the cribs if the arrangements allow us to do so.
Sometimes we leave the items at the bell service.
All cribs are fully assembled and folded flat, no tools are needed ( please follow up our set up instructions).
“Clients CAN NOT move the rental items from the original delivery address to another location ( house, resort, a different city etc.) without our permission. Please ask first.

11. Do you deliver to airports?

We can ONLY deliver to car rental agencies around the Orlando International Airport. We can deliver all the equipment (except the cribs and beds) to you directly at the same time you are picking up your rental car. Extra charges may apply for time delays. AIRPORT RESERVATION FORM

12. Do you provide long term rentals?

Long term rentals are available on orders lasting longer than 14 days. To get a quote and check availability please contact us.
